3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we may terminate, at our discretion, access for users who are repeat infringers.
